- Option 1: Valid Mon - Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm. Includes access to hotel's pool, sauna and steam room. Gym access not included.
- Option 2: Valid Mon - Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm. Includes 2 hour access to the Victorian baths at 9.30am only.
- Excludes Sat - Sun & 14 - 18 Oct.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

We were greated by a lovely staff member who explained our day to us and told us where everything was. The Victorian Baths were stunning and a lovely atmosphere with enough people around to make lively, but not too many so that you couldn't access everything and enjoy a swim in the gorgeous pool. There was everything you needed, including the water and fruit. The Spa staff were considerate and thoughtful who gave us the treatments, which were excellent, with the benefits of facial felt for a while.
We then had a leisurely lunch in the Winter Garden, the food was excellent and although it took a little while to get our dessert, it was great not to feel rushed and just enjoy a relaxing afternoon.
