• Voucher is valid from Mon 27 Oct 2025 until Sat 31 Jan 2026, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 6-17, 24-31 Dec 2025 & 1-3 Jan 2026.
• Leisure access from 10:30am - 4pm. Afternoon tea served from 2:30pm - 4pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jan 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Leisure entry will be before afternoon tea booking.
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
