• Voucher is valid from Tue 8 Apr until Thu 31 Jul 2025, Mon - Fri 2:30pm - 4pm, Sat 3pm - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays, 18-21 Apr, 3, 24 May, 6-7, 30 Jun, 1-10, 12 & 25-26 Jul 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Jul 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Includes afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• No children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
