• Voucher is valid from 27th Dec 2013 until 28th Feb 2014, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31st Dec 2013.
• £20 per room per night supplement to stay on a Sat night. For Valentines Weekend a £40 supplement applies to Sat night stays & £20 for Friday - payable to hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights stay.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am (early check in is 2pm and late check out 12noon).
• Deal applies to a classic double or twin room.
• Upgrade to executive room for £30 per room, per night supplement - arrange with and pay directly to hotel.
• Children 0-12 years stay free of charge when sharing with parents, max of 2 children per room. Breakfast is £10 per child - payable to hotel.
• Dogs permitted in bedrooms only, supplement of £30 per night - arrange with and pay directly to hotel.
• Afternoon tea served 2pm-4.30pm (on day of arrival or departure). Please book your afternoon tea in advance. Members may upgrade to dine from the 3 course Jeremy Wares Market menu for a supplement of £10 per person. Please pay direct to the hotel.
• Restaurant can cater for gluten/wheat free and vegetarian diets - please advise when booking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
