• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr until Tue 30 Jun 2026, 7 days, 12.30pm - 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 2, 23, 28, 30 May, 5, 27 Jun 2026.
• Please note Sat/Sun availability is limited.
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Mon 15 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Afternoon tea for two; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Prosecco option: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
