Recommended in the 2017 Michelin Guide, The Tayberry Restaurant is owned and run by head chef Adam Newth who won Young Seafood Chef of the Year at the UK Seafood Awards in 2013, as well as Young Scottish Chef of the Year in 2013 and Young Chef of the Year 2016 at the CIS Excellence Awards, so you know each and every morsel you taste is set to be divine.
