• Voucher is valid from 1st Dec until 31st Mar 2015, 7 days a week (very limited availability on Fri & Sat); subject to availability.
• Excludes 4th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 22nd, 24th-28th, 31st Dec, 3rd, 31st Jan, 13th, 14th, 24th Feb, 7th, 14th & 15th Mar.
• Reservations must be made by 12th Jan or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in 4pm, check out 12pm (late check out 2pm for Deluxe room; subject to availability).
• Max of 2 small dogs are permitted in some rooms at an additional £15 per dog - arrange with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted at an additional £30 per child per night if under 16 when sharing with parents - arrange with hotel. 16 years plus are classed as full paying adults.
• Upgrade to a Junior Suite for £100 per room per night - arrange with hotel at time of booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights stay.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• When allocation is sold out at weekends no bookings will be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
