• Voucher is valid from Wed 11 Feb until Thu 30 Apr 2026, 7 days at 11:20am only; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 3 - 17 Apr 2026. 
• Voucher must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Suitable for ages 14+. 
• Duration approx. 1hr including kit up and safety briefing.
• Max of 8 people per session. 
• Maximum weight 170kg/375lb, minimum weight 45kg/99lb.
• Recommended to bring your own gloves. Helmets provided. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
