• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2024 until Mon 30 Jun 2025; subject to availability. 
• Dec, Apr-Jun: Valid Mon-Thu 10am-5pm. Excludes Fri - Sun.
• Jan-Mar: Valid 7 days 10am-5pm. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 5 / Max 20 people.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 18+ only. 
• Tour duration approx. 1hr.
• Max of 20 people per group.
• Includes welcome drink and £5 shop credit per person.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
