Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 2 Dec 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 25 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2:30pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: city view - £10, superior room - £20, family room - £50, duplex suite - £60; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a Baileys hot chocolate in the hotel bar each.
• Includes two tickets to Elfingrove at 7pm on the day of arrival. Manual and motorised wheelchair users are welcome to skate at Elfingrove.
• Option 2: includes a full Scottish breakfast.
• No children permitted. 
• No pets permitted except for guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
