• Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Sun - Fri 9:30am - 6pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• Afternoon tea is served 12noon - 4pm.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email or phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max numbers are subject to availability; please discuss directly.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission or during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 50mins. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Includes 2hrs leisure access.
• Includes afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco; menus subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available to the spa. No wheelchair access available to the pool.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
