• Voucher is valid from Wed 17 Dec 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days at 10am, 12noon and 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 25-26, 31 Dec 2025 & 1 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked 24 hours in advance and by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Max of 8 people per group; subject to availability.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 60min. 
• Includes a glass of white or red wine, beer or Kombucha each
• Option to purchase robes, slippers and sauna hats on the day; payable direct. 
• No wheelchair access available.  
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
