• Voucher is valid from Wed 8 Jan 2025 until Sun 30 Mar 2025, Wed - Sun at 10am, 12noon & 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Duration approx. 1hr.
• Max of 8 people per experience. Up to 12 people can be accommodated for private bookings.
• Please wear suitable footwear for uneven and potentially muddy ground. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
