• Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Nov 2025 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Tue 10am - 1pm & 2pm - 8pm, Wed - Thu 10am - 1pm & 2pm - 5:30pm, Fri - Sat 10am - 1pm & 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon, 22-23 Nov, 22-28 Dec 2025, 1-3 Jan & 24-29 Feb 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Duration approx. 45 mins per treatment. Treatment will last for approx. 2-3 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
