- Excludes Sundays, 6, 11, 13, 24-25, 27 Apr, 2, 4, 18, 23, 25 May, 8, 15 & 29 Jun 2026.
- Email / text bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Jun 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Over 16s only.
- Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 1 person per booking.
- Treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for anyone undergoing cancer treatment, clients must have been in remission for min 5 years.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
- Eyebrow wax & tint: Duration approx. 30mins per treatment. A patch test is required 48hrs before treatment, please discuss direct. Treatment will last for approx. 2 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance.
- Express lashes: Duration approx. 30mins. Treatment will last for approx. 2 weeks dependent on lifestyle and maintenance.
- Massage: Duration approx. 45mins. Choice of Indian head massage, reflexology or back, neck & shoulders massage.
- Vitamin C pamper package: Duration approx. 90mins.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
