• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Mar 2026, 7 days 12noon - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1-31 Dec 2025, 1-4 Jan, 14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026.
• Voucher must be booked 48 hours in advance and by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• 48hr advance telephone booking only. Please note online/email bookings and walk-ins will not be accepted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 1 per table.
• Voucher is valid on the food menu only; subject to change. Excludes all steaks. 
• Voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given.
• Menus are subject to change.
• Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Please note voucher spend is not valid on drinks.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking is not required. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
