• Confit lamb shank and pearl barley stew with garlic and rosemary crushed potato, carrot puree, French beans wrapped in serano and crispy pork skin

Desserts

• Deans' sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce, vanilla anglaise and miso fudge ice cream
