• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2024 until Fri 28 Feb 2025, Mon - Sat; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24 -26 Dec 2024 and 1 - 2 Jan 2025.
• Tours run at 10am, 12noon, 1pm & 2pm. Times are subject to change and additional times may be available.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Feb 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages all ages. Children under 11 go free. Tasting is only for guests aged 18+.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Sensible footwear must be worn; no open-toed shoes or high heels.
• Limited wheelchair access available. Certain parts of the tour are not accessible but wheelchair users can re-join at a later point.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
