- Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Oct 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026, Mon - Sat 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.
- Excludes Sundays & 24 Dec 2025 - 10 Jan 2026
- Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
- One voucher is valid for one valet for one car.
- Mini valet duration: approx. 30 - 40 mins.
- Full valet duration: approx. 60 mins depending on car size; please note option 2 does not include external polish.
- Upgrade for a supplementary charge of £20 to include seats, boots and carpet shampooed; please discuss with and pay directly to Discovery Car Wash.
- Please note owners may be charged a supplementary £10 for any jobs expected to take more than 1.5 hours due to excessive dirtiness; please discuss directly with Discovery Car Wash before car is valeted.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advance booking required.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

The work done to my vehicle was outstanding, both inside and out. I have a small granddaughter who tends to leave muddy footprints wherever she goes. These had completely disappeared upon my return, and the upholstery was spotless. Externally the bodywork was gleaming, and also including the tyres.
The owner is very friendly, and nothing appears to be too much trouble
