- Jan: Gin experience: Valid Wed - Sun at 12.30pm, 2pm, 5pm and 6.30pm. Excludes Mon - Tue. Whisky experience: Valid Wed - Sun at 1pm, 2.30pm, 4.30pm and 6pm. Excludes Mon - Tue.
- Feb-Apr: Gin experience: Valid 7 days at 12.30pm, 2pm, 5pm and 6.30pm. Whisky experience: Valid 7 days at 1pm, 2.30pm, 4.30pm and 6pm. Excludes 14 Feb & 15 Mar 2026.
- Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Apr 2026.

- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

- Suitable for ages 8+; for children aged 8-17 a child ticket must be purchased here, a soft drink alternative will be provided and they must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times.
- Please bring ID with you; age verification will be required if you look younger than 25 years old.
- Duration approx. 1hr.
- Max of 12 people per group.
- Sensible, closed-toe shoes must be worn, open-toed shoes and stiletto heels are not permitted.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your experience and meet at the welcome area of the distillery where you will be checked-in.
- No wheelchair access available.
- A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
- Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
- The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
- The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
