• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Dec 2025 until Sat 14 Mar 2026, Tue 10am - 2pm, Wed 11am - 5pm, Thu 2pm - 8pm, Fri 2pm - 7pm and Sat 10.30am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon & 24 Dec 2025 - 2 Jan 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Feb 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Failure to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. Family friendly sessions can be booked directly.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Please note that sessions aren't private.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy from 4 months onwards, and for cancer sufferers/those in remission with permission from a healthcare professional.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with venue. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
