• Voucher is valid from Thu 2 Jan until Mon 31 Mar 2025, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Jan-Feb: Zoo open 10am - 4pm. Last orders in restaurant at 2:45pm.
• Mar: Zoo open 10am - 5pm. Last orders in restaurant at 3:30pm.
• Advance booking not required. Voucher acts as your ticket.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Adult tickets: age 16+. Includes an adult main and draft soft drink in the Grasslands Restaurant; menu and catering options are subject to change.
• Child tickets: ages 3 - 15. Includes a kids main and apple or orange juice in the Grasslands Restaurant; menu and catering options are subject to change.
• Children under 3 enter free; lunch & drink not included.
• Includes all day zoo entry.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
