• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Nov 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025, Mon - Tue 11am - 8:30pm, Wed 11am - 8pm, Thu 11am - 7pm, Fri - Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays, 23 - 26 Dec 2024 & 1, 4-12 Jan 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Mar 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 per person.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Treatments can only be booked for one person at a time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic. 
• Option 1: Duration approx. 60mins. Choose 2 x 30 min treatments.
• Option 2: Duration approx. 90mins. Choose 3 x 30 min treatments or 1 x 60 min and 1 x 30 min treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. Please note no lift is available at the venue; please discuss any access requirements directly prior to booking.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
