• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Mar 2025 until Mon 30 Jun 2025, 7 days, 1pm - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked 48hr in advance and by Mon 23 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Options 3 & 4: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
