The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the Inn seems to be a hub for the community. Our room was just opposite the Inn on the first floor. The room and bathroom were large, it was clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The bedlinen was spotless. We had dinner in the restaurant and although they were very busy, the staff was attentive and the fish and chips delicious. Breakfast was continental and there was plenty to eat. Cooked breakfast was also available. I would recommend the Kirkstyle Inn for a cosy night away.
