• Voucher is valid from Sat 6 Jun until Sun 30 Aug 2026; subject to availability. 
• 6 - 21 Jun: Valid Sat - Sun 10am - 3pm. Excludes Mon - Fri.
• 27 Jun - 30 Aug: Valid 7 days 10am - 3pm. Excludes 18-19 Jul 2026.
• Please note that the centre closes at 5pm; subject to change. Opening times can be viewed here. 
• Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked via the itison booking link by Fri 21 Aug 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings not made through the itison link will not be accepted and you risk forfeiting your voucher
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Only one booking per voucher can be made; if you have multiple vouchers, please make one booking per voucher.
• Suitable for all ages. 
• Max of 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children per family combo ticket. Children are classed as 3-15 years, 16+ require an adult ticket. Under 3's are free and tickets can be added on directly.
• Planetarium shows or IMAX 3D documentary films can be added to your booking for a supplementary charge of £3.50pp; payable directly upon booking and subject to availability.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
