Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Mar 2024 until Fri 28 Jun 2024, 7 days 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and by Fri 21 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Adventure pass: Suitable for all ages. Children under 3 go free and do not require a ticket. Ages 3+ require a valid pass to enter. Adults over the age of 18 go free when accompanying children with a valid pass .Includes access to crazy golf, disc/ foot / rugby golf and Glen's Adventure Park (excluding Aloft Treetop Adventures).
• Activity pass: Suitable for ages 3+; age restrictions of individual activities apply. Under 13s must be accompanied by someone aged 13+ with a valid pass. Ratio of 3 children to 1 adult. Includes access to everything included in the adventure pass plus unlimited activities. Activities and individual age restrictions can be viewed on the website, under activity day pass details.
• If the weather is bad and the park has to be closed, you will be able to transfer your entry to another day
• Meeting point: Report to the Action Glen upon arrival to receive your passes.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
