• Voucher is valid from Thu 5 Sep until Sat 30 Nov 2024, Thu 9:30am - 8pm, Fri 9:30am - 6pm, Sat 9:15am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Wed.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 45 mins inc consultation.
• Deal is valid for selected stylists only.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Not valid for existing pre-booked appointments or with existing loyalty offers.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
