• Voucher is valid from Mon 28 Sep until Wed 23 Dec 2026, Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm, Sat 9am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sundays & 3-10 Aug 2026.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Saturday availability is limited; please book early to avoid disappointment.
• Please note that bookings should be made by text or WhatsApp as calls won't be answered during treatments.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking. 
• No minimum age. Under 16s require a signed consent form & must be accompanied by an adult.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Facials are not suitable for anyone with sensitive skin or who is undergoing treatment for skin conditions; please discuss any sensitivities with therapist.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 30 mins.
• Option 2 duration approx. 45min; 30min aromatherapy or Swedish massage with scalp massage & 15min facial.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 60 mins.
• Option 4 duration: approx. 75min; 45min aromatherapy or Swedish massage with scalp massage & 30min facial.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Please note no bathrooms are available on site.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
