• Voucher is valid from Tue 5 sept 2017 until Tue 28 Nov 2017, Tue – Sat 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday and Monday.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 14 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Treatment duration: approx. 1hr 15mins depending on hair length.
• Treatment lasts approx 6- 8 weeks.
• Deal is valid for stylist Charley only.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
