• Voucher is valid from Fri 5 Dec 2025 until Wed 18 Feb 2026 on set dates; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 4 Feb 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. Once booked, vouchers are non refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max one code per transaction; to book multiple tickets, please book one ticket per transaction.
• Twi-LIGHTS
• Dec-Jan: Valid on 5-7, 12, 19-23, 26-31 Dec 2025 & 2-3 & 4 Jan 2026. Event runs 4pm-6pm. Last entry 5.30pm.
• Feb: Valid on 6-18 Feb 2026. Event runs 6pm-8pm. Last entry 7.30pm.
• Last entry is 30mins before event ends.
• Route is pram- and wheelchair-accessible. Narrow sections may not be suitable for double buggies and mobility scooters.
• Dog-friendly event. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
• Trail includes flashing strobe lights and noise installations.
• Event ticket does not include park admission.
• Options 3-4: Park admission
• Dec-Jan: Park is open 11am-4pm. Attractions close at 3:30pm.
• Feb: Park is open 12noon-6pm. Attractions close at 5:30pm.
• Admission is for one day entry only on the same day as your event booking.
• Age, height and weight restrictions in place at some of the attractions. Please visit here for more information.

• Please note levels of fitness required may vary depending on the activity.
• Some attractions are weather dependent.
• Please note that tickets cannot be upgraded to annual passes.
• Wheelchair access available; the Forest Tower, Ant City and some of the climbing apparatus are not wheelchair accessible.
• Climbing apparatus may be open subject to weather conditions.
• General
• Landmark is primarily outdoors and weather appropriate clothing is recommended.
• Suitable for all ages; under 3's go free, children are classed as 3 – 14 years. Adults are classed as ages 15+. Under 3's require a valid ticket; payable directly upon booking.
• Children must be supervised at all times. All children must be accompanied by an adult who is 18+.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
