• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Fri 17 Dec 2021, 7 days at 10:15am, 11:30am, 12:45pm and 2pm only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 4, 5, 11 and 12 Dec 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Family ticket is valid for two adults & one child or two adults & two children; aged 5-16. Additional children will be charged at £8.50 per head including lunch; payable directly.
• Under 5's mini deal soup & sandwich and cruise available at supplementary charge of £4.50pp; please book and pay directly.
• Dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £2 per dog.
• Cruise duration: approx. 1 hour.
• Meeting point: Trossachs Pier, Loch Katrine, By Callander, Stirling, FK17 8HZ.
• Sailings take place on MV Lady of the Lake or Rob Roy III.
• Includes soup of the day and choice of sandwich; menu is subject to change. Lunch is served after the cruise in the Steamship Café from 11am - 4pm. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. Max of 6 people per table. Tables may be required back after 90mins.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Includes car parking up to 4 hours.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
