• Voucher is valid from Wed 16 Oct until Fri 6 Dec 2024; Mon & Fri-Sat 9:30am - 2:30pm, Wed - Thu 9:30am - 2:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Tuesdays, Sundays and 21-25 Nov 2024. 
• Voucher must be booked by Sat 16 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• 75 minute massage experience; approx. 15 mins per treatment.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, cancer sufferers or those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
