Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct until Mon 30 Nov 2026, Mon - Thu 12noon - 8pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 4pm, Sun 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Mon 23 Nov 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Valid on the a la carte and drinks menus only; menus are subject to change. 
• Not valid in conjunction with any internal offers. 
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.
• Table required back after 90mins. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
