Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Oct 2025 until Thu 2 Apr 2026, 7 days, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 24 Dec 2025 - 2 Jan 2026. 
• Afternoon tea can be upgraded to a festive version in December for a supplementary charge of £5pp; payable directly.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and by Thu 19 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Afternoon tea from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Includes 1 hour of leisure access.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
