• Voucher is valid until 27th Feb 2015, Sun, Tues-Fri 12noon-3pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 13th Feb 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Voucher excludes 18th, 19th, 24th Dec-2nd Feb 2015 and 13th, 14th & 15th Feb 2015.
• One voucher can be redeemed per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Sorry, group bookings are not permitted. 
• Vegetarian, gluten and wheat free alternatives are available. Please discuss with Fern Cottage Restaurant and Tea House at time of booking. 
• Wheelchair accessible. 
• Children permitted. 
• Menu is seasonal and subject to change and availability.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
