• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Feb until Sat 31 May 2025, Wed - Thu 12noon - 2pm & 5pm - 6:30pm, Fri 12noon - 2pm & 5pm - 6pm, Sat 12noon - 5pm, Sun 12noon - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mon - Tue, 14 Feb & 30 Mar 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 May 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 2 vouchers / 4 people per table.
• Tables are required back after 1hr 30 mins.
• Voucher spend is valid across all menus; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant when booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted until 8pm.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout. 
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
