• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Jul until Wed 30 Sep 2026, Mon - Wed & Fri 10am - 7pm, Thu 10am - 8pm, Sun 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note itison appointments are limited daily, particularly on Sundays, so book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Excludes Saturdays. 
• Email bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Maximum 1 voucher per person can be used per visit.
• Over 16s only.
• Complimentary parking available.
• Max of 3 vouchers per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Treatments can be tailored for expectant mothers who are past their first trimester of pregnancy.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Options 1, 2 & 3: Duration approx. 25 mins per treatment.
• Options 4: Duration approx. 1 hour 20 minutes.
• Includes access to the facilities for up to 30 mins before or after your treatments. An upgrade to 60 mins is available for a supplementary charge of £5pp; payable directly.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
