I made a booking and was told I would receive an email, which never arrived, I phoned to change the booking and again was told an email would be sent.
On arrival there wasn’t a booking, consequently we were given a table which I didn’t like and the a member of staff would have to check with the manager to see if my booking would stand. There were no apologies and I pointed out that it wasn’t my fault staff took no responsibility just blaming the system
