• Voucher is valid from Mon 24 Jun 2024 until Fri 30 Aug 2024, Mon - Fri 10am-5pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 12 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Email bookings only; telephone bookings will not be accepted.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx 45 mins; includes a signature back massage or a signature facial.
• Treatments can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes leisure access with a steam room, jacuzzi, heated pool and gym from 7am–8pm.
• Includes a cocktail & afternoon tea, served 12noon-4pm. Menu is subject to change. Max 1 voucher per table. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
