• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jul 2025 until Sun 5 Oct 2025, Sat - Tue & Thu 12noon - 8pm, Wed & Fri 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes all St James Park concert and game days.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Sep 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 2 vouchers/4 people per table. 
• Includes a main each from the handhelds, pizzas and Shark Club signatures sections of their main menu; subject to change.
• Excludes steak dishes, Cajun prawn dishes and double fisted burger.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes 200ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 1.5 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Children permitted until 7pm. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
