Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Aug until Thu 30 Oct 2025, Sun - Mon & Wed - Thu, 4.30pm - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Tue & Sat.
• Voucher must be booked at least 48hrs in advance by Thu 23 Oct 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Valid for sit in only. Not valid on takeaway or delivery.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 1 voucher per table.
• Valid on food from the a la carte menu only. Not valid on drinks.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
