• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 June until Wed 30 Sep 2026; Mon - Tue & Thu - Sun 10am - 6pm, Wed 10am - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2026.
• Email bookings only. Treatment/session choice must be specified at booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Massage treatments are not suitable during pregnancy. All other treatments/sessions are suitable during pregnancy.
• All treatments/sessions are suitable during breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes are recommended.
• Options 1 & 2: Duration: approx. 1hr.
• Option 3: Duration: approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Option 4: approx. 2hrs 30mins.
• All session durations inc consultation time.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
