• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Aug 2024, 7 days, 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Sat - Sun bookings; payable direct.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 Aug 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.
• Massage treatments are not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Suitable for age 16+ only.
• Treatment duration: 2 x 25 mins treatments or 1 x 55 min treatment. Treatments cannot be substituted.
• Includes 2 hours access to the facilities before or after your treatment.
• Includes choice of lunch or afternoon tea; menus subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise at time of booking. Starter or dessert can be added directly for a supplementary cost.
• Wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
