Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 16 Jan 2026 until Sat 16 May 2026; subject to availability. 
• 60 minute sessions: Valid Mon - Thu 10am - 7pm, Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 10am - 3pm.
• 120 minute sessions. Valid Mon - Thu 10am - 6pm, Fri 10am - 4pm, Sat 10am - 2pm.
• Excludes Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 May 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be supervised by an adult. 
• Duration approx. 1hr OR 2hrs.
• Max of 4 people per session. 
• Please note this is an unassisted session and not a private lesson.
• Equipment is provided.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
