Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jun until Sun 19 Oct 2025, 7 days, 10am - 2pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Oct 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please note that the end of a voucher's validity is always the busiest and bookings may be limited.
• Phone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 6 people per table.
• Brunch dish each from a set menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Includes a choice of tea or filtered coffee each.
• Options to include a mimosa or glass of Champagne each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hr 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available via a lift at the east side of the steps.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
