Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2025 until Sun 29 Jun 2025, Wed - Thu 12noon - 9:30pm. Fri 12noon - 10:30pm, Sun 12noon - 7pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Mon - Tue, Sat & 15 Jun 2025.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Jun 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 18’s are permitted on the premises until 8pm and must be accompanied by an adult. Kids clubs are available, but you are welcome to bring you own.
• Duration approx. 1 or 2hrs.
• Option 3: Includes a set buffet; menu subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Max of 8 people per group.
• No wheelchair access available.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
