Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 9 Sep 2024 until Fri 28 Nov 2025, Mon - Fri 11am - 3pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• If you change your mind or can't get the date you want, contact us within 14 days of purchasing your voucher and we'll issue a full refund.
• Voucher must be booked at least 4 days in advance and by Fri 14 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled but number of guests may be amended subject to availability, Min 6 / Max 20 people.
• Package includes per person: afternoon tea from a set menu with tea or coffee
• Table required back after 90mins.
• Wheelchair access available; please note there are steps up to the restaurant, please call in advance for any accessibility requirements.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advance booking is not required. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
