• Voucher is valid from Sat 30 Mar until Sun 30 Jun 2024; subject to availability. 
• The Kelpies: Valid 7 days from 30 Mar - 14 Apr. Valid Sat - Sun only from 20 Apr - 30 Jun; excludes Mon-Fri and 27 Apr 2024. Sessions available at 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm.
• The Falkirk Wheel: Valid Sat - Sun only, sessions available at 10am, 12noon and 2pm. Excludes Mon-Fri and 25 May 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• Once booked with the venue, booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your time slot for safety training and equipment.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+.
• At least one member of group must be over 18. ID will be required.
• The Kelpies: Duration approx. 45 mins. Meeting point: Horse Box Cafe.
• The Falkirk Wheel: Duration approx. 90 mins. Meeting point: Activity Hub.
• Max of 3 people per group.
• Buoyancy aids are supplied and must be worn throughout.
• No experience necessary; no boat license required.
• Booking may be rescheduled in extreme weather conditions.
• Well-behaved dogs on leads are permitted; lifejackets for pets are not available.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
