• Takeaway: Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026. Collection 7 days, 11am - 3.30pm. Orders must be made by 11am the day prior to your preferred collection date. Excludes 14-16 Feb & 13-16 Mar 2026.
• Sit-in: Voucher is valid from Mon 5 Jan 2026 until Tue 31 Mar 2026, Mon - Fri at 2pm or 2.30pm. Excludes Sat - Sun. 
• Telephone bookings only. Online bookings will not be accepted.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Tue 24 Mar 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings are subject to availability.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 vouchers per visit.
• Afternoon tea set menu only; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available.
• Sit-in only: Tea or americano included. All other hot drinks are chargeable.
• Option 3 & 4: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
